Visit the Orange Walk Branch at # 5 Park Street or Belmopan Branch at #2 Forest Drive to update your account (if requested or necessary).
In an effort to continue to provide quality service to you, our valued member/owner, your account might need to be updated
Due to the following reasons:
Identification documents
Expired Social Security Card/Passport
Proof Of Address
Outdated Proof of Address
Account Properties / Activities
Change of Account Properties / Activities
Beneficiaries
Nomination of beneficiaries’ update
Please provide us with your information along with scanned images or clear pictures of your documents:

Member Application (For Account Update Only)
Submit a clear copy of a valid Belizean ID
If, applicable submit a copy of your USA Passport
(Social Security Card/Passport)
Note: Provide Marriage Certificate in the event that your surname has changed.
Proof of Address - Provide any of the below:
- Submit a most recent utility bill (within 3 months) in your name i.e.: electricity bill, water bill, internet bill
NOTE: If a utility bill is not in your name, utility bill holder is required to fill out the attached supplementary confirmation slip to confirm your current permanent address and valid identification for utility bill holder.
- Employment letter including current address
- You can provide a back and front copy of your Driver’s License if it states your current address
Proof of Income – Provide any of the below based on your status
- If employed, submit original Job Letter/ recent Pay slip within 3 months- pay slip to be worth of month/ Tax return statement of current year
- If self-employed, submit Profit & Loss Statement / Income statement of current year or provide a tax return statement of current year
